Production of metal hangers

Metal hangers

Metal hangers are types of metal constructions, which are mainly intended for the construction of production and storage areas, bases, and commercial and entertainment centers.

The advantages of hangars:

1. Being more reliable in seismic zones,
2. Relatively short installation time,
3. Ensuring large spans,
4. The lightness and portability of metal hangars make it possible to make hangars at low prices.
5. Longevity. The life of metal hangars is relatively longer.
6. ՀEffective use of land. Metal hangars are single-flight, multi-flight, single-slope, and multi-slope, which enables the customer to build a metal hangar product according to his capabilities and requirements.

The basic stages of making metal hangars are:

1. Design work
2. Issues related to project documentation
3. Earthworks
4. Preparation of hangar blanks
4. Priming and painting
5. Transfer to the platform
6. Installation work

All Metal constructions use the European SIN technology for the production of its metal hangars. This technology allows us to save up to 10% on the raw materials of the columns and stands, and up to 35% on the wheels, which enables the metal hangar to be lighter. It also makes it possible to make the hangar at more affordable prices.

SIN beams are an improved version of conventional two-beam beams that allow you to overcome the length of the spans.

Thanks to SIN beams, even multi-story metal houses can be built, and in seismically active areas.

In All metal constructions, anti-corrosion and fire-resistant paints are mainly used for painting and priming their hatches, which additionally eliminates the risk of fire.

All Metal uses Z-profiles for hangar roofs, which the company produces on its own production lines, 150-300 mm wide and unlimited in length. Z-profiles are also designed to reduce the cost of raw materials, which in turn makes the production of hangar roofs affordable.
